Vanessa and Chris are an awesome couple! I met Chris a while back when I photographed his brother Jeff’s Wedding. They decided to stop into the studio over the holiday’s to get some portraits done! Here is a glimpse at some of the work we created together! I really love the simple look of the white/grey background and will be using it so much more!

Kristin was the successful bidder on my donation to the NICU at the Cape Breton Regional Hospital…. let me explain….

A few months back Emerald Isle put on a fantastic evening for a whole host of beautiful women across the CBRM, the Jump Into Summer Event. The event was a huge success with a great turn out. One of the highlights of the night was the silent auction table, where the items donated were auctioned off silently in support of the NICU (Neonatal Intensive Care Unit). I donated a photography sitting and 16×20 laminated/mounted wall print. Well, Kristin was the winner of my item and the money she used in the auction was given to the NICU to show continued support. I feel so incredible about this, just having 2 babies myself. I will be doing more donations in the upcoming months to help with the drive to support the NICU. Amy & Andrew – E:Session

Amy and Andrew were one of the most fun couples I have shot in a long time – they were so carefree and having alot of fun with the camera. Well it is time for a new engagement session to share with you all, and this one kicked some serious butt. Billy and Jennifer were home for the holidays and wanted to hook up to create some really fun and original images. They were amazing to photograph because they really had a lot of fun with it and I think that shows through on the photos presented here. These are only a medium sized slice of the photos we took together, but check ‘em out anyway! We will be photographing their wedding in September of ’09 and are really excited for it.

The beautiful Sarah and I were talking about hooking up for some more photos before it got TOO cold (although today was honestly bone chilling…) and decided that today would be a great to day to get together. The session was kicked up a notch when Jonathan decided to come along; his presence added a whole new dimension to the shoot and he brought out a really amazing side to Sarah – it was great to see them have fun and laugh with each other even though we were probably going to die of some crazy form of hypothermia! haahhaah; thanks guys for being so adventurous and putting up with the cold while we got these shots; you are the best!

The rain held off and provided some pretty dramatic sky for my photos tonight with Ken and Amanda. Ken is one of the best guys I have ever met, and one hell of a friend. He wanted to head out and get some shots taken with his lovely girlfriend Amanda. These two are amazing together! We had a lot of fun playing in the grass and taking some cool shots! What a beautiful evening for an engagement session. Erin and Corey’s wedding is taking place on June 28th and I cannot wait. It’s going to be an amazing day. Erin and Corey are two incredibly kind people and are reallllly fun to work with. Did I mention that Erin and Corey have a super cool son named Drake?
